Stefan Hochfilzer and Matthew Winkley, founders of San Diego XciteSteps, believe every person should have opportunities for personal growth, happiness, success and an enriched and empowered lifestyle. XciteSteps was founded to create opportunities for youth and adults who experience a disability to make friends, be part of a social network, be supported recreationally and academically to reach their full potential in their community and school, find or create meaningful and appropriate social opportunities, feel connected with others and most importantly feel good about themselves and promote personal happiness.
